Named after the spot where two rivers merge, Buzzard Point White Rum is a creative confluence.  Using cane sugar from this side of the pond, Buzzard Point is fermented with a yeast strain from the British Isles and finished in a traditional alembic pot still. Aromas of caramel, vanilla and toasted marshmallow on the nose lead to flavors of roasted yam and molasses with a creamy finish.
