What is Singani? 
Singani has been quietly distilled in Bolivia for more than 400 years, consumed for centuries throughout this idyllic Andean country by its cheerful and warm people. The noble Muscat of Alexandria grape, the principal ingredient in singani, thrives in the singular terroir of Bolivia's high elevation valleys, resulting in a complex, yet subtle bouquet of aromatic and floral tastes. 

Rujero's Story: 

Rujero's vineyard really captures the essence of the singani tradition. It's home to 200-year-old grapes vines that have grown alongside peppercorn trees, slowly intertwining with their branches over the course of time. Today, Rujero uses these grapes to craft its authentic, small-batch spirit. The result is as diverse and beautiful in its taste and aroma as the land and country surrounding it.
